About Us
Waterford Ridge is a Lake Keowee community that was developed by Crescent Communities in 2006.
There are 52 large wooded lots in Waterford Ridge, many having waterfront and/or mountain views.
Almost all interior lots have a boat slip assigned to the lot.
Waterford Ridge is conveniently located about 1 mile from the lakefront
